Pipeline bursts in Kalyan over again

The residents are annoyed by the frequent bursting of pipeline in Kalyan. There is already water scarcity in the city and due to the frequent burst of pipeline lot of water gets wasted. Municipal Corporation is paying no heed to this severe problem.
